Cancellation / No-Show Policy
Embrun Veterinary Hospital is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. Due to the high demand for appointments, when a client cancels without giving advance notice, this prevents another patient from being seen. For this reason, we have a No-Show Policy for all surgical and medical appointments scheduled with our veterinarians.
Our goal is to provide timely care to all our patients and to respect the veterinarian’s time and the constraints of a tightly booked schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need prompt medical care.
If you fail to cancel without sufficient notice a deposit will be required in order to secure a new appointment. This deposit will be applied to the invoice at the next scheduled visit. Failure to show up a second time results in the loss of the deposit and it will be applied to the hospital to cover the doctor’s lost time.
